Aconcagua (6.962 m / 22,841 ft) is the highest mountain on the American continent, the highest mountain outside of Asia and the highest mountain on the southern hemisphere.

Technically seen, Aconcagua is not a very difficult peak. But the height - being one of the 7 summits - and the weather conditions make it still very challenging.
